Words cannot express sufficiently our pleasure with the hurricane shutters and the quality of the installation of them. Doug did outstanding work on the installation-from his laying tarps down to keep the floors clean, to his sealing around the shutters, he did an A1 job.

Clayton, the electrician, also did a wonderful job-all the wires and switches look original with the wires in the wall- some of my -condo-nieghbors have exposed wires and a switch box "on" the wall instead of in the wall.

I also want to thank Mike,the owner, who was such a pleasure to deal with. Right from the start Mike didn't use any pressure tactics to make the sale and in the end I got a really great job! I highly recommend Custom Storm Shutters to anyone thinking about hurricane protection!

Apart from thier excellent customer care attitude, we are most impressed with thier attention to detail resulting in a most perfect blend both mechanically and aesthetically to the point where the shutters appear to have always been a part of the house. The internal wiring and subsequent rendering are also to a very high standard, once again becoming transparent to the work carried out.

From an administrative point of view, they are obviously very focused on training thier staff which after all, represents the company on-site and to this end Dale was an excellent fitter correctly replicating senior management ethos into my job.
