        Overall

        Charged 100$ for an estimate. Then told me he would give it back if I paid him $1,100 in cash for a new panel. I refused. He kept my hundred dollars and cashed the check.. His ‘“estimate” was his business card. I want my 100$ back and plan on reporting Mr. Shrewsbury to the BBB.
