Libbys Pet Grooming

Libby gives great pet grooming services with such care. I have 3 Chihuahuas whom most people cannot get near but all 3 love Libby. She even gives them a kiss on their face. No one else other than me (and Libby) can do that!! My dogs are too hyper for me to do their nails but she is able to cut them and file them for me. I am on a fixed income and cannot visit as much as I would like, but am grateful for the services that I do get. Thank you so much Libby !! Smile & GOD bless

Libby is very accommodating with scheduling and does a beautiful job with my dog. I am thrilled she is in my area, and really appreciate her affordable pricing. She is very thorough. My dog looks great and is happy after his time with Libby.

I would NEVER recommend this place of business to ANYONE. When I picked up my dog she didn't even bother to get a close shave and left her tail, snout, and ears undone. Her excuse? "I think it looks cute." As the owner of the dog, I have the right to say what I want done with my dog and what I'm willing to pay for. Libby has no idea what she is doing. When she let my dog out of the kennel holding her, my dog ran out the back door! Luckily I got my dog back! Then she just let my dog into the lobby and didn't bother to put on the harness and leash on her. I'm definitely taking my business to DARLENE'S DOG PATCH down the street. Darlene knows what she is doing and is very sweet and professional, unlike this hack Libby.

I had a great experience at Libby's. she took great care of my dog. at other places they have to put a muzzle on her but here they had no need to. when i picked her up she looked great and was very happy with her tail wagging. i will definitely go back and recomend others to go to her. Also a great price for a excelent job!!!

I took my small, very sweet, and friendly dog in for grooming. The groomer did not take the time to greet it. She simply grabbed it's leach and dragged it accross the room (unnecessary force). My dog growled at her and he would not do that to anyone unless he felt uncomfortable. He was not happy when i picked him up and very nervous. He even pee'd as soon as i took him out of the store which in the 5 years that I've had him going to groomers this has never happened. I will definately not take my pet nor recommend that anyone put their pet thru this tourture. As far as the work itself, she did an ok job.
