Pizza Hut

On Saturday evening around 6 pm. I called Pizza Hut to place an order and we were going to go and pick up the pizza. The young girl that answered the phone said that they were not taking any more orders. I asked her should I call back later and she said no because I don't know how long we aren't taking any orders. Very very disappointed..

This was beyond he worst experience ever. I sat and waited in the lobby for ten minues before I was addressed. My order was ready and still ended up waiting an additional 5-10 minutes because they had messed up two other customers orders.I ordered a book it pizza for my son but mistakingly I ordered to many toppings. Once I arrived I offered to pay for the pizza but the lady at the register told me don't worry about it. Once I get half way down the street I was called to come back because I had a balance left on my order for my sons pizza as I explained to the manager the situation she stated I don't care what my employee told u. U need to pay your remaining balance. So I politely took he pizza back and threw it at them because I didn't like the way they handl d business and took my son to another pizza hut to get what he wanted

This Pizza Hut location needs new employees. As I look at the other two reviews, I saw why my experience was really bad. I ordered one specialty pizza and 0ne topping pizza and cinnamon sticks with a 2 letter. A special that is going on which coasts 25 dollars ended being 33 taxes etc. Took 30min to order pizza because the assistant manager could not figure out why they where "Out of stock" of cinnamon sticks (which are DOUGH and CINNAMON).Last time I checked the website describes them as fresh. I also said no sausage on the specialty Told me "I'm going to give you a discount for waiting so long on the phone". Took almost a hour to be delivered. Had to walk half way down the street in the cold because he couldn't count 3 houses down. Sausage ended up being on the pizza and the cinnamon stick where solid hard. You know what else... I didn't get that discount either. Ain't that somthing?

the food almost crawled off my plate it was so nasty!!!! i would neeeeevvvvveeeerrrrr eat there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to submit an order but was told to call back in 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes went by I tried to place the order again but the person who answered was new and had just transferred from Gainesville, FL....He asked me to hold on for a minute but never returned to take my order and that is why you are receiving this message. What is exactly wrong with this store? Could you please advise?
