Terry Vereen Plumbing

I have never had an experience like it. I called to schedule a leak repair and they sent a service tech out within 1.5 hours. The tech knew exactly what was causing the issue, had parts on hand, and literally had the repair done in less than a half hour. Cost was reasonable and hassle free. Really impressed with their professionalism.

Had to do a whole house re-pipe due to copper pipe issues. Terry Vereen Plumbing did everything they said they would do - from coming out to give estimate, emailing contract, getting permit, scheduling the work and completing the work. All done in a timely manner by friendly, professional staff. They sent out 2 trucks and 5 guys to do this job and they arrived on time and were clean cut, polite and got right to work! They got this job done the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The county inspector showed up 2 days later to sign off and said they did excellent work and had insulated all the pipes (which this county does not even required anymore). We could not have asked for anything better...they did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone! And the price was fair too! We talked to atleast a dozen companies and had 3 companies come out to give us estimates and Terry Vereen Plumbing was one of the lowest. You won't go wrong if you hire these guys!

Had not had much luck with bigger plumbing companies, so wanted a smaller company where their name and their work were important to their reputation. Took a chance on Terry Vereen Plumbing after reading a few good reviews elsewhere. Delighted to say that they showed up on time, got right to work...no chit chat...did excellent work and got done before the first hour was up. Very pleased. Hope I won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but I won't hesitate to call them if I do.
