The Cheesecake Factory

Service was so slow! Kids Mac n cheese was chunky wasn't what it usually was. Despite that I had the best lunch Caesar salad, how ever following that visit I had the worst GI virus. Could only pin point this back to this salad. Never been so sick in my life! My favorite place to eat but super afraid to eat there again!!!

I would love to tell you how amazing this restaurant is, especially after reading dozens of reviews on yelp, yellowpages, and urban spoon, looking for a fine dining experience for our anniversary. However, we did not get served. We didn't even get greeted. After waiting by the door for several minutes without being even acknowledged by a server or hostess, we asked if we needed to seat our selves. Once we were seated, we were ignored except for a server (who was not our server) bringing us glasses of water. We were never told who our server was, nor were we greeted by our server. After 10 minutes, I called a manager over and informed him of the problem, then left. What was supposed to be a wonderful anniversary dinner turned into a dinner at another restaurant. I have been a server myself for going on 6 years, and knowing what to expect in a restaurant left this place sorely lacking and myself deeply disappointed. Maybe some other time, Ocean 60. Until then, all I can say is that I've felt more welcome at a South Jacksonville Mc Donald's.

Absolutely love love this place, the pasty is out of this world and the cheesecake cannot be bought anyplace else.

Crowded on weekdends and most evenings but well worth the wait!

The food was just delicious. The service was slow at one point , but the food is excellent.

everyone is very nice. Great service, and great food. Prices are a little high, but for what you get it is reasonable.

I had an ok meal at cheesecake factory but the great part was the cheesecake! I would rather eat my meal elsewhere and just go here for dessert! The banana cream pie cheesecake was wonderful!!
