Walmart Supercenter

They used to advertised they carried made in American goods now they seem to get most things from China. Everything (EVERYTHING!) I have purchased in the last ten years that was made in China actually was very expensive because it didn't last very long at all and needed to be replaced.

Another problem with Walmart is that they seem to be reducing the number of choices available. Things I used to buy there I now have to hunt around for in other stores. I can't buy heavy duty work socks or plain injectable razor blades at Walmart anymore. Perhaps they don't make those things in China. The things Walmart carries are not always there. The world's largest retailer seems to frequently run out: a specific brand of yogurt, frozen blueberries and raspberries, peanuts, gallons of water, etc. etc. Alternatively, if you need a certain size in the limited range of pants available, weeks can go buy before the most frequently purchased sizes are replenished. Perhaps because the supply lines runs all the way back to China they have stocking problems. I find myself stocking up when something appears on the shelves like I used to hear they did in Russia.

Walmart is great, it is cheaper then most stores, and you can buy most of your stuff there, groceries, movies, clothes, toys, etc.
