        We are a huge business 2 counties away; approx 100 miles. I have had the best costumer service and quality products! They do a great job. The prices are incredible. Their work is spectacular and they have a quick turn around time. There have been occasions when our orders were too big in size to ship ups/fed ex..they had no problem delivering. I would definitely recommend!

        I am a local business man that has lived in jacksonville most of my 40 years. I have seen businesses come and go. My family has been in business at the same location since 1962. Anyway I have used this business approximately 4 times but NEVER I REPEAT NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED SUCH RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I went to this business the very first time in 2006. I was impressed with the integrity of the product's end result. But i was not impressed with the female designer. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by lettering my vehicle. Even the other persons that worked with her appologized for her attitude. I dismissed as a bad day. Later I came to find out that it was "the norm" and her beaming personality. I still dealt with company but not with her. Until i called to get vehicle lettered, and she was rude and i returned the favor. She then stated we dont have to do business. I said u r right ! I use signworks! I am not the first. please dont subject yourself to her.

        We are never using them again. We asked about getting a cab lettered that had just been painted and was told no problem. We waited a week and gave them the cab to letter. They damaged the paint job and didn't care. We pointed this out to them and was told that it happens all the time and its the fault of the paint shops in Jacksonville not knowing how to paint a car. As we didn't get it done at a shop in town, that wasn't the problem. They damaged the paint on both front doors and now that has to be fixed before the car can be used as intended. His attitude was rude and he didn't care that his employees had damaged a brand new paint job. I used to do that kind of work years ago and never peeled a paint job. Newtons never damaged one of our paint jobs either. Yeah their price was cheap and I guess we got what we paid for. We will never use them again for anything!
