I have been getting my nails and eyebrows done there for years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

Elegant Nails is awesome the staff is wonderful .
My nails has never looked so good. Brenda is the best.
I would recommend the new dip for your nails.

Been many places in the past but this is the only place I frequent now and the only place I'll ever let touch my hands and feet.

Henry and Nancy are so wonderful, have followed them for years. Each place is always clean, tools sterilized and always greated with a smile. I'm not going to anyone else but them. Also have told my friends and family about Elegant Nails and they have nothing but good reports. Thanks :)

To all readers/clients, Bookoo99 is making a mountain out of a molehill. Anyone that has ever been to Elegant Nails have never had any complaints, whatsoever. I think there may be some kind of competition going on between the nail salons in the area. I know times are tough, but this is really childish behavior. Nancy and Henry have been nothing but exceptional. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. I think you should go back and give them another chance, Bookoo99. You said: "do not deserve a single star" and "I would only have negative comments", - looks more like you're just slandering or libeling them rather than giving a helpful/positive critique. Your nails have also been peeling since then? I don't believe it. :)

They do not deserve a single star, I just could not do a review without it. I would only have negative comments about this business. I had a coupon from Kroger for SHELLAC nails and the owner gave me this story about them not printing these coupons, but the previous owner did, but that the current company would still honor the coupon. Koo rite? No. The coupon was for $23 for the services and I was charged $25 because of french manicure. The female owner also told me they would give me the same deal every time I'd come back and I also wanted shellac on my toe nails. When she finished my fingernails, the male worked on my toe nails and I reminded him of the shellac and he said, "Oh we don't do that on toe nails, and I said oh I did not hear you say that when you ask me what I would like for today. " Once my services were finished, I paid $48 + tip, I picked up a flyer which also list the salon's prices. The shellac nail service was listed as $25 dollars, which is what I was charged, but that was scribbled out or marked thru and replaced with $20 dollars, which ok if that had been explained to me instead telling me that they would honor my coupon. No biggie right? Wrong my nails have been peeling every since I had the services. I have previously had shellac before and my nails lasted 3 weeks, no chips, no cracks and very shiny for 3 weeks. I will not be back nor will I ever refer them.
