My dog has been going to paragon for 17 years. Yes, she is 17 years old! ���� Never once has she ever had a bad report card. The past 3 years I have taken her in to be groomed I have felt like she is an inconvenience to them. They constantly talk about how old she is. She is a very good dog and she is also very healthy. She developed doggie dementia this year but is still healthy and a very good dog. I went in to pick her up today and I was informed she was to old to go there. She had a hard time standing on the table to be groomed and she bit the student 4 times......I HIGHLY DOUBT IT!!!!!! I find that very hard to believe. I do not believe it what so ever. She doesn't have an issue standing or bitting. She does not bit!!!! I feel like I was set up from the moment I walked in this am. From the casual small talk about her joints to she's so old???? (she doesn't have an issue with her joints) I take her dog bed because I dont want her laying on a wire cage. My point is this place is so UNPROFESSIONAL the way we were treated today. AFTER 17 YEARS OF SERVICE. They should want senior dogs to treat the students how to groom and care for them. Customer service flat out stinks. The instructor was so rude! We were made to feel awful! This is my child not just my dog. I will be telling the truth to anyone who asks. I would not take my dogs there. Huge disappointment.

My dog and I love this place. Bailey always comes home happy as can be. The students are there because they love animals and I think that makes all the difference. They also try their best. They send home little report cards with Bailey telling me how he did. Their prices are great. The more you come in the better the price. The 1st visit is $20. That visit will then determine his base price, based on size, how laid back your dog is and other factors like that. If you book an appointment every 6 weeks you get $5 off your base price. If you book 5 appointments in advance your 6th is FREE! Lots of benefits to coming here. They offer full groom, bath and brush, walk in nail trim, flea dip, extras like oatmeal shampoo (love) and cologn spray. Bailey is a 22 lb bishon and is a little wiggly. His base is $35. Because his coat is so high maintenance we go in every 2 weeks and pay $25. Overall we love our groomer and they love Bailey. Give them a try and tell them Bailey Sandoval sent you.
