THE WORST! SO UNRELIABLE! The first appt I made they never showed. A couple days later I get an email saying there was a death in the family so I gave them another chance and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. THE DAY OF THE APPT I get an email they are having equipment problems and I should find another groomer for my dogs. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. No way to run a business. Doesn't even deserve one star.

I don't know what was up with the other reviewer, but I've had the exact opposite experience. We've been using Nick from Grooming on the Go for over a year now. I have a golden retriever with severe allergies and skin issues. Even though she loves everyone, when we would take her to be groomed, it was always a fight. Torre (our dog) loves Nick so much, that when she hears his truck, she jumps up and starts racing around the house with her tail wagging. Instead of the drop dead weight and dragging we've had to do over the years, she just needs a "come on Torre" to get into the truck to get groomed. The truck itself is spotless. Torre always looks beautiful when she is done and still insists on playing with Nick. His rates are reasonable and you can see he truly cares about the animals he works on.



If Nick gets this reaction from a bathphobic dog with skin issues, imagine how much your pet would love him. I definitely recommend Nick and Grooming On The Go to anyone looking for a mobile groomer.
