Carman's Wholesale Tires

Went to Carman's to have 2 front tires changed and waited over an hour from they pulled it in to it was done. I thought it was odd that it took so long, but figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Come to find later that I now have a bent rim, so I call them and they say to bring the car in. The service guy looks at it and tells me that I hit a pot hole, yet there's no scratch in the paint on the wheel, just a dent that looks like it happened when force was applied from the inside out by tire changing equipment. I just calmly ask if there wouldn't be scratches if I hit a pothole? The service guy goes and gets the manager. The manager, a not so nice guy named Sam, comes out all fired up and won't even look at the damage, but just tells me in a very rude way that he is not going to help me and that I can just leave. He looked like he was ready to fight me, staring me down. I try to ask him a question and he won't answer me but just turns around and slams the garage door behind him! Really?!? I would NEVER go back there and I would not recommend you do either. In my view, they could care less about the customer. NEVER AGAIN! I will go to Dumbauld's Tire Service in Somerset instead. They are great guys who care about their customers, unlike Carman's.
