        Based in Johnstown, Pa., Highland Sewer and Water Authority is a municipal authority providing sanitary sewer and public water supply services throughout southeastern Cambria County. The company operates two separate "well-fields", including the NORTHERN END and the LLOYDELL systems. It provides "bulk" water to 13 smaller water utilities and re-sells to their direct customers. Highland Sewer and Water Authority caters its service in the areas stretching from the upper parts of Stonycreek Township then northeast through the adjoining Geistown Borough, Richland Township, Adams Township and adjoining Borough and Townships ending at the southern border of Gallitzin Township.
