I referred my best friend to him and she cried because she said she never had a doctor that was as busy as he was that day, yet he took the time to calm her down and LISTEN to her most of all. He is the BEST!! You are important to him if you are his patient. Other doctors treat you like numbers. Dr. Massoud goes above and beyond what any patient would expect and he's also on the Board of Doctors at Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Massoud is the entire package. It just doesn't get any better than him!
