I trusted Sharkey’s to make proper repairs. They did not. They knew that my car needed brake drums, yet failed to notify me of such. They with intentional deception, accepted payment for repairs that had not been properly completed, and also neglected to test the repair work that they did perform. Problem still exists, told need additional parts after paying for completed repairs. Now told that they did not have time to test drive, I should come back and pay again for more repairs for the same problem. They couldn’t be bothered because a priority customer had arrived.
