On multiple occasions, he was appointed as a Special Prosecutor to handle felony cases in Madison and Washington Counties. During his tenure as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. He has handled almost every kind of criminal case from a simple littering ticket all the way to Capital Murder. He has successfully tried multiple cases to the bench and to the jury.
