First Choice Automotive

I've just scheduled my third service with First Choice. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine, who has discovered them recently, and has been going to them for the past few months.
They have always been very professional, and never try to swindle me into unnecessary services.
I do my research on my vehicle, and compare parts and labor as needed. I've never had a red flag from them, and will continue to go to them as needed.

My mother in law took her car there to have her #1 cylinder spark plug changed. They told her she needed a new intake gasket. After they changed it did not fill the coolant back up and ran the car. They didn't notice they overheated the car until they warped the head. After which they told her it was like that and they don't change head gaskets! Never ever take your car to these people!

DO NOT take your car to this shop if you care for your family's safety.

Took my car in before a trip out of state and had them balance the tires, got to my exit after two hours of driving and heard a noise. (thought it was a flat tire) Checked my tire and found it was only on by two lug nuts. One was gone and the other two were loose. Someone at shop failed to tighten lugs. (trying to kill my entire family)



Daughter took car to shop, two weeks later (before I could tell her not to) same damn thing didn't tighten her lugs and lost lug nuts on right front and rear tires. (trying to kill my daughter)



Tried contacting owner Barry Coughlin and to this date has not returned call.



Eventually going to kill someone.

Worst company ever!!! Do not go there!! The family that runs it are nothing but lying, thieving a$$holes!! They charge over $100 dollars for nothing....just to stare at your car.....I could have done that myself. The owner dave has no problem cusing out any of his customers and calling people by racial names. I know that because i refused to pay them for doing nothing!! My car was filthy with grease when i got it back. I asked if they could clean it out which they rushed through, so there was still grease on my carpet and dash. they're very unprofessional how this company gets any work is beyond me. I've been to other shops to have work done since then and told them about my experience there and they all have heard of the place and said that alot of people have told them the samething!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
