Don't hire them

I hire them because my sprinkler pump stop working.

After they came and evaluated the problem, Jose told me that it was air in the line that made the pump stop working. The air came from a line that is connected to my system to prevent rust. The container was empty. I know, I know!!! I have to fill the container every now and then. I told Jose to just fix the problem and to leave my set up the way he found it. Of course he did not. He disconnected my setting.

Jose came back the next day with his boss who was selling other products. These product may be good, but I have had my system for two years and it has worked for me so I did not take any of their options and I made them come back to set up my old system. However, they did not do it right.

I thought it was in my mind so I waited to see if things change, but they did not. I decided to call them again. To see if they can just come to take a second look. I was willing to pay them just because a few weeks have gone by since they last time they were there. The owner told me that there is nothing he can do. He told me that he gave my options last time and I did not take them. And at the end he hung up the phone on me. I am getting another company this week. I will keep you posted.
