Awesome Awards - Western Trophy

We wanted to thank you for the magnificent art work and for expediting the plaque for us.

Many many people have admired it and most of all, hundreds of people were moved by such a wonderful tribute to a wonderful person.

The plaque is placed in the hallway of the Tesla facility in Reno Nevada.

I had to joining Yelp just to write this review because I am so adamant about how AWFUL this place is that I had to let others know. I would highly recommend staying away from this award trophy shop! I can't emphasize it enough. They have a guy there named Don who has to be the rudest person on earth. And, if they make a mistake it takes forever to get anything changed. They constantly claim they are too busy and they are never on time with anything that they do. We have decided that we are no longer use their services. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with.... EVER! And that Don, well being a gentleman I won't say anything about him other than just stay away! STAY AWAY!!!

We came in with one simple engraving request and one very complicated engraving request; a family crest to be put onto a pewter mug. To say that the Western Trophy team went above and beyond would be an understatement. They worked tirelessly on our mug, making sure the lines in the original photo were dark enough to engrave and tried every method in the book to get what we wanted to stay on the mug. In the end, it was a sand blasting method that was able to give us the look we wanted..



Thank you, Western Trophy, for your professionalism, your creativity, and for helping us give the birthday gift of a lifetime. We will be looking for reasons to use your services again in the future and will refer others to your company when ever we can.

My old trophy place went out of business, so I went looking for a new one. Sure glad I found Awesome Awards-Western Trophy! They were very friendly, informative, and offered many suggestions for what I was looking for. Gave me some great ideas! I ordered 16 trophies that were finished well before I had expected, and they were all done correct. They have lots of items to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. I only wish I had found them sooner! Their name says it all...They are AWESOME!!!

I really liked how they were all really kind and really helpful. They gave out a lot of different ideas and the service was the best that Ive seen and had by a trophy store. They were fast of delivering the trophies and didn't change the prices around like other companies they were exact on the price and time it would take. We did an acrylic award for the IEMA's all the nominees really liked the work of the trophies and couldn't believe they got to keep it. So in my book that should tell you to come here for acrylic awards and any other type.

The shop underpromised and overdelivered on an engraving order on 440 Stainless Steel. I wanted the lettering done in an Old English font, due the small size I needed (approx. 3/8th of an inch), the engraver was not sure if he could engrave that small and still have the lettering legible. The shop offered and alternative font that looked good, but it was not Old English. After, some testing and planning, the engraver and store owner arranged a solution to give me exactly what I was looking for and even discounted the price!



This shop is service oriented, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Fantastic place to go to get first class service.

I order alot of trophies each year. They are always done on time and completely accurate! I have not found a trophy shop with better prices and service! Second to none.
