Only gave them one star because I have to. This is the must dishonest, unprofessional realitor I've ever dealt with. I've always wondered why living in Justin all these years and no one gives their name out as a good reference to go. I've dealt with Chris Wells and he has no personality and is not good with people. More like a dishonest car salesman. And Cathy Green could care less about her company. Very sad. Don't use them. You will regret it. There's so many other great realitors in the area. Not sure how they stay open.

Unprofessional and unethical realty group. I had offered asking price for this listing, 4 days later still no word! Come to find out it was a multiple offer situation, common these days. I bumped my offer up and waited more days. Cathy Green decided to increase the listing price WHILE offers were on the table and unanswered. Crooked broker.
