The negatives of this branch: the store needs to increase the selections of their craft supplies and offer more variety, bring down the prices for some their items, organize/categorize the store a little more so items are easier to find and invest a in a little remodeling to make the store more presentable and give it a new feel to continue to draw their loyal customers in and even gain new ones
