Bronco Express

Needing a ride to and from an MRI appointment, Bronco Express was recommended and employed by KNI.
The driver, Dan (and dispatcher), were courteous, efficient, and prompt!

We were told 10 minutes and so happy to see Ray earlier than that. Safe ride and pleasant conversation.

Will definitely use service again.

THEY CALL WHEN THEY ARE OUTSIDE SO YOU CAN STAY INSIDE INSTEAD OF IN THE RAIN AND SNOW. SHOW UP IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME.

This not licensed as taxi/taxicab for area of Kalamazoo.

This company is ridiculously slow, and leave their riders in the cold. I would not recommend them to my friends and family when they need a ride. Nor will I be using this taxi service again. It's ridiculous to leave people outside in 10 degree weather for 45 minutes, when they say 30 minutes or less, we expect 30 MINUTES OR LESS!
