JP Heating and Air Conditioning

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD.So I'm leaving this review to be helpful for anyone looking for help on who to use for service. I asked for their help and had the owner come over to my house to give me a diagnosis. He tells me that it's to old and I need a brand new furnace.He can't fix it and definitely need a new one. I told him and his secretary that I don't have alot of money and can do payments. They agreed in the beginning , then told me they don't do payments but would finance me. Which is the same thing. I mentioned what I thought was wrong with it. It turns out I was right and only cost me 140$ instead of 12-1500$ they quoted me for. I used Google for how to and troubleshooting.I used Amazon to buy the part easley installed the new one in 20 minutes. My furnace works great, so how honest are they really.

Outstanding and bravo!! We lost our heater from yesterday and the rooms get so cold (55 degree). It is a new year's eve day. I called JP. The owner and his two assistants came to my house and spent near five hours to replace my old furnace with a brandnew. Perfect job with outstanding and quality service. You cannot believe it that we still have such as wonderful business man - Jason, who does work as he promised. In fact, all three persons from JP are outstanding. Give them (or Jason) a call when you are in trouble. Happy New Year to all who read this review. Thanks.

Poor experience, would not recommend. JP Heating was contracted by my builder to install a zoned HVAC system in a new home. Less than 1 month after C of O (June of 2015) , entire system failed and was completely filled with water. It's our opinion that both the contractor and builder new of the risk and decided to proceed any way, owner even stated he warned builder of dangers due to high water table and proceeded to install anyway passing risk on to our famliy. Once the issue was finally corrected (at our expense) and outside temperatures continued to drop, we quickly realized that the Tempstar furnance that was sold to us (even though builder told us via email we'd get a Bryant). wasn't capable of evenly heating the home with there being 10-15 degree temperature variances within the same zone.

Amazing Job!

JP Heating and Air installed our new furnace last year and when our air conditioning went out we called them first! Every time they have been in our home they have been extremely professional going above and beyond! I was referred to him by my Consumer's Energy rep who has treated us well for 10 years, and we knew Dave would never refer us to anyone or any business unless they were of the highest quality. I would be happy to discuss the work at my office and home, where Jason installed both heating and air conditioning units for us. We have been extremely happy with finally having both heat and air that works the way we want it to, or should expect! He added extra venting in my office without charging me extra, and that is why we had him install our home heating and air! There exists no finer person in our mind to work with.
