        Rod, the owner, is a first class kind of guy. He was polite, sincere, respectful, and professional. He cleaned and applied a protectant on 2 of my wool area rugs and returned them to me within a week as promised. They look phenomenal now and I highly recommend his carpet cleaning skills with no hesitation--this guy is the real deal!
