Wendy's

Was in the drive thru line at 7:45 Christmas eve. There were 3 trucks in front of me as I was the next in line to place my order. As soon as the trucks moves forward and I gained access to the ordering kiosk, they shut the lights off and said they were closed. I asked to speak to the manager about this and he refused to speak with me. I asked for the corporate number, again refused. If they would have been fair about serving your waiting customers they would not have lost this one. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave right now.

Food is great but the service can be better, food price are a high $$, Not my best fast food service like it used to be, drinks are almost $2 for a large and small is $1.29 so I just get ice water even when buy the combo its $2 for a small fry and drink and $2.60 for a medium, and that's a lot, What a normally buy is over $6 two double which is $4 and a large frosty 2.29 and that's high use to be $2. Its not better than McDonald's. I use to spend under $5 now its like $6 or $7 which almost $10 like going to buffet but I'm not going to buffet. I can't go anywhere without spending over $20.

The crew members are or seem to be great but some attitudes from manager positions are way off key. Food is great, but service could be better when it comes to the managers.
