Horrible- this company is dishonest. do not sign a contract with them. they don't pay what their contract states, they steal money, they provide horrible service, they refuse to provide you with their contract if you buy a building with an existing contract. The worst! I have several other Apartments where I am aware of them doing these same things. I have laundry facilities with other honest companies.
