Silverstein Eye Centers

I had a very good experience with the doctor. He was thorough and very personable. The nurses and techs were great.

My problem is the cost. I didn't get my prescription when I had my exam because I didn't need new glasses. When I scratched my glasses, I called to get a copy. It cost $40!!!! All they had to do was print a copy of it and mail it to me.

I had changed to Silverstein because my insurance, but now have a different insurance so I can go through Discover Vision. They are just as good and don't try to take all your hard earned money.

I was very disappointed with my visit this morning. Seeing all these amazing reviews; I thought I was going to see an amazing Dr. who would spend time with me, would listen to my concerns and take care of me. That is not what happen. His staff does all the work for him. The ladies that I spent time with before ever seeing Dr. Silverstein, they were fabolus. They listened to me and said the doctor would address my concerns. Well that never happen. That man was in and out like no ones business. It was like wam-bam-thank you ma'am type of service. Maybe that 's what most people are used to, but I am not. Working in health care myself, when a patient has concerns all of those should be addressed and not felt rushed like you are bothering the doctor. Time is money.....I will find a different doctor next year. I can not express my disappointment enough.

Dr. Skelsey is great. He is so attentive and explains conditions very clearly. He takes his time with each patient. The staff is really friendly too.

The Doctors and staff at Silverstein Eye Centers are great. They are experienced, compassionate and care about each patient. I actually enjoy going in for an eye exam. They have a great eyeglass shop and they even do Botox, sell Latisse and Vivite.

Dr. Silverstein and his whole staff are always at the top of their game. Most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Great optometrist, and retinal specialist also!! And to top it off, my LASIK was AMAZING!!!! I'd recommend them for regular diabetic eye exams through the technical surgeries. Dr. S. Is brilliant in surgery too--most efficient and perfect placements I've ever seen!
