Superior Taxi

Superior Taxi is the greatest company. I travel alot and need taxis all the time. When in Kansas City I call Superior they provide quality customer service and are always very prompt and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a Taxi in KC. I have full confidence in knowing I don't have to wait and wait for a ride and I will arrive to my meetings and socializing on time! Great Service above and beyond what is expected.

i'm the type of person that only needs to be screwed over once. you don't get second chances. i chose this Taxi service because it had the best reviews. i called them and was told i would be picked up in 35 minutes. i wasn't in a rush so that was fine. i live in an apartment building so i went downstairs and waited for about 5 minutes before i was expecting to be picked up. nearly an hour goes by after my initial call so i call back and ask what happened. the guy on the phone, the very same one i talked to earlier, claimed ''they'' never put it in ''the system"'. when they finally did arrive the driver didn't know how to get to my destination! and he drover very erratically even honked the horn a few times and took the longest route possible.



i won't ever use Superior Taxi again.

These guys are great,I came to Kansas city to visit my family and from my landing to my departure,they have apways been on time to take me where I needed to go and also had sensible prices.TWO THUMBS UP

I love Superior Taxi. They have the best drivers and they are very friendly. I really liked their wifi services that comes in all their vehicles. The prices are very reasonable and they get you to your destionation fast, safe, and on time. I wouldnt call any other taxi company.
