        I called them at 7:45 a.m. ask...

        I called them at 7:45 a.m. asking them to visit our home and take a look at our breaker box. I explained that someone would need to go before 12 noon. After not hearing anything by 11:30 a.m. I called back and was told "well, I gave a note to my repairman". Needless-to-say I called another company. They are non-responsive and lack the customer service that is needed to succeed in this busy world.
