Amazing Air

Justin has a terrible business ethic. He damaged my dryer, promised to fix it, and then stopped responding to me. He also performed services without discussing with me first or giving me an estimate of what the cost would be. It should have been a simple fix (clogged roof vent) but it took him coming out 4 times to figure out what actually needed to be done, and in the meantime he damaged the dryer by drilling a screw through the control panel. He said he would replace the damaged panel but after 3 months has not. He doesn't care about what kind of job he does, just throws some garbage out there and moves on to the next customer. He takes advantage of people just looking for a reputable business to repair an appliance.
