Popeyes on Kinglands is the worst in the Katy area. I have gone to them and always get bad food(old) Talked to manager Mario he did not seem to care about the complaint. Will never go again

I wish there was less than a star! Worst management EVER. First, the lady taking my order talked over me every time I tried to order(I know what I want and I know the questions you'll ask. If you'll allow the customer to finish their sentence, you may find that they will answer any question you may have!!). Then, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food at the front of the restraunt. There were no cars behind me, so I asked why. The boy at the window leaned I ER and told the manager, "she won't pull up." So, the manager came to the window all upset and asked what the problem was. I told her no problem, just wondering why I'm being asked to pull up when I'm not inconveniencing anyone. She said I should pull up because I was asked to!!! Rude! I asked how long my food was going to take, And she said four minutes. I pulled ahead just to be nice, and after 10 minutes, my food was delivered to me. The entire order was wrong. After explaining what was wrong,I waited another 10 minutes while they fixed my order!!!
