Griesbach Ready-Mix

Doesn't return phone calls which seams to be a common review for this business. All I wanted to know is if he wanted to do the job. I know its a small job but he gave me a price to do it and I agreed to pay him. If he didn't want to do it, all he had to do was say so. Now not returning my calls makes me get on here and write a poor review of him and his business..

I've poured with every concrete supplier in the area in the past and Griesbach is as good or better than than all of them.

I had concrete delivered to my home for a backyard patio. Every step with Griesbach was great. Chris was very accommodating on the phone and our delivery person was awesome! Whatever others' have said about this company, my experience was top notch. I'm not affiliated or related to anyone in the company...just a satisfied customer. I would use them for future projects.

This business is adjacent to a dog park.This morning allot of people were present with their dogs.We heard unbelievable cursing and swearing and the owner( we assumed) was cursing and swearing so loudly it was heard from all angles of the park.Including some pre schoolers who immediately left,instead of using the porta potty.I tried calling to remind them to hold down the swearing but all I get is ,"the mailbox is full".This is not very acceptable for public relations nor business.

Not returning our contractor's calls & then when they did answer - he hangs up without talking to him!! Waisted our entire Saturday waiting for the call on the exact arrival time (because he gave an aprox. 12:30 delivery) & the contractors time! Now the project is pushed back. Happy to pay more money & extra charges and get the job done! NOT a good business!!! Poorly run! Not Trustworthy!!!

I have had nothing but great luck and excellent service with these guys. Have used Griesbach Ready-Mix for many of my local jobs, and some out of town work. They have been on time, always respectful, and provided excellent concrete. I would recommend them to all my business associates, and many have used them with the same results!!! Great business, and great men to work with!!!

Buyer Beware of Griesbach Ready Mix!!

The most important thing to remember is you get what you pay for. They may sell their concrete for $30.00 per yard less then the competitiors but it is not worth the savings. Their drivers DO NOT listen to you, the owner NEVER calls back after he says he will, and they are more worried about getting a bad name then helpng out their customers. What they do not understand is that customer service is the most important part of getting a good name.
