I hired Kitchen Concepts to remodel my Master Bathroom and spent over 60,000. It was supposed to be a 45 day project. It took 6 months. In the first week of the remodel they wanted more money (on top of what we had agreed to) because they had to move a load bearing wall (yes they had been to the house to inspect it prior to signing the contract). The work was sub-par. The plumber flooded our floor and basement. The sheetrocker poured sheetrock mud down our toilet (and the owner said this was ok because it was water soluble). The owner screamed at my husband and I on multiple occasions. The electrician left sharp pieces of wiring on our floors throughout the house and left live wires without wire nuts on them before leaving for the night and just left post it notes telling us not to turn certain switches on (fire hazard). The heating and air was not connected correctly. The central vacuum was not done correctly. The left our garage doors open and our house unlocked when nobody was home. They told us that Dynatek was at our home to fix some security sensors that they had broken in the remodel but when we called Dynatek----they had not been to our home. I would not recommend this company for any project large or small and regret doing business with them. You could not pay me to let them back in my home. Please hire someone else. I wish I had read the reviews prior to hiring them.
