First class business. Drake came to our home the same day we called with concerns about our heating system (1-4-16). Our heat wasn't working and some had told us our furnace was to old and not worth repairing, we were getting quotes from 3500.00 and up, with an average of 4300.00 for a new system. Drake, within in hour had our old furnace up and running and only charged us for the minimum of a service call. They went on to tell us that they didn't see a need to replace our old unit right away, but when the time comes they can help. He gave us a quote that was more than fair, and offered their service at anytime. Drake gave us comfort immediately and peace of mind for the future. Very professional yet personal at the same time.
