Called and scheduled a survey and was told it would take a week. This was a simple home survey, no stakes. I filled out the form and faxed the info. right back to them. After a week and a half I called to find out the status. Was told they would get to it by the end of the week. That's two weeks for a simple survey. When I said I wanted to cancel the whole thing and go with someone else, the response was "OK." Must be nice in this economy to turn away business. I would not recommend this company.
