We provide many classes ex: yoga, meditation, creative self talk ect. to provide relief from pain physically and emotionally and create comfort in your lives Workshops to encourage self exploration and deep releasing of past trauma, leaving new healthy habits. We offer many guest teachers and speakers to share their knowledge, all different, but with the same intent. The intent to create more joy, more bliss, more self awareness and more peace in your life.
