        Overall

        Have used Doctor Pipe several times since moving to Metairie, often on short notice. They have always arrived when stated, completed the job with reasonable charge and cleaned up the mess. They have been extremely reliable and punctual, cooperating with my schedule. Very appreciative and so glad my brother recommended them!!! Evelyn Prejean

        I have been using Doctor Pipe for many years for my rental and my personal home as well as friends and family. They have always done a great job and have never had a problem with anything being done incorrectly or any problem talking to the staff and dispatcher

        Avoid this company. Full under slab pipe replacement recommended with assurances of video/pics of entire process & damaged items which were removed. received 4 pictures & NO VIDEO>

        Noone shows up when scheduled, then workers showed up repeatedly without notice or indication of what they are doing/when they will finish & did not speak English.

        Lack of regard for safety - Left large digging holes uncovered in residential areas.

        Total disregard for customer & communications regarding work progress and WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE.

        These guys do not have their act together

        Maybe good for a toilet clog, but NOT recommended at all for any major repair or follow through.

        Patronizing when asked questions & runaround worse than a used car salesman

        Perhaps funtimebucky is an employee of dr pipe.
