Mr Pretzels at Town Center

First off, it should be a law against the enticing smell of those pretzel bites. i dont come to the mall ften, so i really wanted a good treat of something i love. But i wanted to try their pretzel dog. so i asked about it, the guy didnt know if it was all beef, he said beef and pork, but just after that i seen a sign indicating all beef, he acted like i was really bothering him. I asked about the pizza pretzel, he couldn't describe it or show me, he pointed at a box and said they r not ready yet. 11:30? I got the pretzel dog, he didnt offer sauce or a drink. But i did ask if he had mustard in the little containers he said no and pointed at packets, i ask do u have a empty one of those sauce containers? No, and he mumble something. He had no regard to make a customer happy, even though there was a heavy supply of stuff coming in and no other customers. Maybe he just isn't the right people person to be behind a great food product counter. I've worked fast food and retail and i had a medical professional career too. His customer service skills lack the good vibe for a mall setting. and the pretzel dog was room temp and kinda bland. a everything bagel with cream cheese and chives was my second choice down the road. Actually a salty pretzel wrap around a hot dog would be a better fit :)
