Lester Water

Lester Water is great! They installed a water softener in our home a few years ago and it's made a big difference. Service after the sale has been great, too. I highly recommend them! Nice people and very knowledgeable!

Lester Water has serviced my water system for 14 years. Each and every service call has been professional and cordial. Dave talked me through a problem by phone once or twice. I appreciate their customer service and sound advice.

I had Lester Water Co come out to perform "whole unit" service on my Kinetico Treating system, and when they( Jason & partner) arrived they were very professional & advised me that although the Main Treating System was in fine working order, they recommended that the RO system was in need of having all of the filters replaced. They returned with the proper filters a couple of days later & the job was very satisfactorily completed. I would utilize Lester Water Co again to service my H2O Treating Systems

Great experience all the way around. We love the company and we love our new water. We needed a new system and it was installed in 2 business days.

Lester Water, Inc recently installed an RO system to treat the water in our kitchen. Jason, who did the installation, was very professional and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the quality of our water and with the experience that we had with Lester Water and highly recommend this company.

Had water problems at home, called Lester Water, a local company. It took almost a week for a person to come out and look at the treatment system. Gave me a price to fix, which seemed high, but what choice did I have, no water?? A two person crew came out and worked on the system for no more than 2 hours (more like 75 minutes), added some neutralizer and cleaned the system. Had to come back because the UV light bulb that was ordered was wrong. Came back a week later and said the bulb was bad and I needed another part for the light, cost about 585. Or he tried to sell me a new light for $1,500. I looked online and found a UV light for just over $500. I can install it myself and save $1000. Anyway I was charge over $700 for 2 hours work and possible 50 in supplies. I was mailed an invoice which had a 15 day due date. I have been getting phone calls sometimes twice a day after day 15 demanding payment. I paid them normally like everyone else in 30 days. Will NEVER use again!!!!
