Terry Constant represented a personal injury case for me several years ago. I was told there was a meeting to attempt to settle out of court. After the meeting I received a telephone call stating there was no settlement and I would need a lot more money to go to court and was better off just dropping the case. I always thought the case had been settled, and to this day, I have never received any documentation regarding settlement. I don't even know if there is a place to look up what the outcome was. Request everything in writing, and then be prepared to pay per page of paper!

Slow on getting medical records, his staff never stays the same, very disorganized, and very unprofessional. Was kicked out for being upset and had to give a fuss for my case file
