        Poor customer service, period. I learned why they always have a "Mechanic Wanted" sign out front. I took in a Echo weed trimmer and leaf blower to get tune ups, paid over $150 for parts and service only to find out they still didn't run properly. Brought them back in and they wanted more money to get them going, they blammed it on bad gas, gas they put in the units after repairs....I decided not to have any more work done and went to pick up units only to have a large box of parts handed back to me. No way to run a reputable business. Might as well shop the big box stores, at least you can return something that doesn't work there.

        Needs improvement

        They are very good at maintaining a goods parts for the equipment that they sell and service. The people are friendly and courteous, but some lack in technical knowledge of the products. The time to have equipment serviced is very poor which results in additional costs and inconvenience for the cuatomer.
