        Overall

        Dishonest business. Got a price quote over the phone for $205 repair part ($260 for replacement assembly) but ended up being charged $305. It insisted #305 is the correct quote and refused to show us its part invoice. It said the assembly is a cheaper brand.

        It charged $135 for routine test the 1st year, but charged $155 the 2nd year without prior notice.
