        I requested a full-size car but they upgraded me for standard size SUV for no extra charges. The staff in the office were super nice and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and they were very conscious of my time. Thank you for good service.

        We rented a great car, got a great deal for our trip to Florida. Brian took the pain of dealing with the Streetsboro branch and made us happy!
