        It's the shats

        Pointe Benson is the shats. There is severe drug activity that is ignored by management. Management itself contributes to shady activity. There has been several shootings in the parking lot and there was a child who was hit by a car and killed at 2 in the morning. The garbage dumpster is constantly overflowing and the 2 washer-2 dryer laundry room is dirty and never cleaned.
