I have now had two terrible experiences with this restaurant. The first one was with the delivery, the food that came was cold, flavorless, and an hour late! I received a call 45 minutes after calling them with my order, asking me to confirm what I ordered, one of the three dishes they were unsure of and so they cooked everything else except that and left everything else to get cold. Including seafood!

My second bad experience happened tonight, which is what pushed me over the edge. My wife and I went there because we wanted cheap quick Chinese food. My wife ordered a few dim sum items, I ordered off the regular menu. I saw that they had steamed crab so I asked the waiter how much it was, he told me it was 14.95. I thought, well that's not a bad deal, so I ordered that. The crab wasn't bad, the dim sum was poor, but the thing that bothered me the most was the bill that came. For 4 small plates of dim sum and one crab the total came out to $79.16. Not only did he not apologize for the misunderstanding, he then proceeded to act like I was a thief. The employees name is Mei, if the manager of the restaurant is reading this, I want you to know that if you want to keep your restaurant open, you will fire Mei. I have never been so insulted, or ripped off by a restaurant in my life. Seriously the man was pushy on what to order, and was extremely rude about the misunderstanding. Personally, I think he intentionally created the misunderstanding in order to raise the meal price. You lost two nearby customers that love eating at Chinese restaurants tonight. That is hundreds to thousands of dollars that your restaurant lost due to one employees bad attitude and inability to do his job right.
