Randall L Wagner, DDS

I am 72 years old, and Dr. Wagner is the absolute best dentist I have ever seen. This includes being stationed all over in the USAF and seeing a high priced so-called dentist in Fredericksburg, TX. He doesn't run a personality show, just does excellent work.

I will never take my kids or us back after that experience. I took all of my family being new to town and wish I had driven to another place. Dr Wagner was in the office for more than 5 minutes and he barely explained anything. Even though the kids needed some attention to their teeth he had no time to do it. Having his secretary explaining that "that's not how we work here" instead of trying to assure us in some way that he was a good dr. I will be finding a more accommodating atmosphere that is welcoming and functional. The only positive experience was his older hygienist that was very friendly, but I will be finding a better dentist.
