I completely agree with the negative reviews on here, She was extremely difficult to coordinate with....but that is secondary to my experience with her actual work. The owner gave me a decent price on the flowers, however when we opened the box the day of the wedding, all of out flowers were dead. I don't mean a little brown, I mean each of my bridesmaids had to hold their hands right under the flowers to avoid the weak stems completely wilting over. Needless to say, this affected many pictures we hoped to take. My mothers corsage snapped off her wrist before the ceremony..and both her corsage and my mother in laws corsage were the wrong style.



Needless to say we were very upset, but I hoped to resolve the issue with joann. However once I emailed her all that had happened, I had never been called a liar so much in my life. She told me I PURPOSELY RUINED MY FLOWERS?! She told me I was lying and trying to rip her off, she also told me she thought I was going to be a problem from the beginning because I had questions( are you kidding? Real professional.) .she finished that email with how the work for me she did wasn't even worth her time..so why do it?? Unprofessional is not the word to use from her. Based on these other reviews it's clear that these people are in the wrong business. Calling customers liars, telling you n a few words that they don't like you, not taking responsibility for your work, or becoming impossible to deal with or get ahold of. Please, stay away from this business. The customer service is terrible, as you won't be allowed to have a complaint or concern without being called a liar. And the actual product was not worth the money by far. It would be a major gamble to work with this company, and I thank god there are websites like this to post reviews so no bride has to go through what I did.

I give this company absolutely no stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I first met with Joann, the owner, she said she would email me everything we discussed with pictures and pricing for my wedding. She never emailed me. After several calls over a duration of several weeks, she finally returned my call, only to state that she sent me emails but they got sent back. This is funny because I watched her write down my email address in the first meeting. I even emailed her and she never responded, so how she states that she had the wrong email address is beyond me. Than everytime I called, the person who answered the phone gave a different excuse as to why Joanne wasn't there or didn't return my phone calls. One reason was she was in FL and took her kids to Disney, one reason was a death, one reason was she was in the hospital. Still no phone calls ever back. Finally after about a month, Joanne called me back and set up a date to see flowers. Than she canceled and set up another date. When I called to confirm the new date, she wasn't there. I got no phone calls, emails, etc. She still has yet to call me. All this shows me that I should definately take my business and money elsewhere. This is the first review I have ever written about a company, but I am beyond disgusted with the non-existant professionalism with this shop. Please do yourself a favor, and stay away. Don't bother dealing with this company or owner.

Dear Joanne & the rest of the Daisy Lane Staff , thanks so much for the unbelievable flowers you did for my wedding. I LOVED everything and could not have been any more thrilled with your work. I had such a good experience with you from the very beginning. I couldn't have had it any better. All my friends and family are still talking about the centerpieces. They were every bit of the WOW factor that I wanted!!! AMAZING!! Daisy Lane florist is sooo underrated!! I cant imagine using anyone else for flowers!! You would be crazy not to come here! And Joanne, you are an absolute doll! We just loved your personality and your work speaks for itself. You made us feel so comfortable. And you were so honest. I never felt like you were trying to make a sale with me. You told me where I could save a dollar and I really felt like you had our best interest at heart. I not only got a wonderful florist to use for a lifetime but you also now feel like a friend! Thanks Joanne for all your hard work! I loved you all and I already recommended you to two other brides. My parents also Thank you & we will all definately give you guys a call for our next event.

I booked my wedding with this florist and gave my deposit. I asked Joann (The owner) to write up and send me a contact. It took her about 3 weeks to do so.. We made arrangements to have a final meeting about 2 weeks before the wedding date to just over all the timing and such. We confirmed with her the week before the date. When we arrived to the shop it was closed. We waited a few mins and then called the shop no answer. We waited a few more min and called again, no answer. We then called her personal cell she had given us, no answer and the voicemail was full. We waited about 30 min after the time we were supposed to meet, calling and texting Joann and the shop. We left and figured we would prob hear from here later that maybe there was an emergency. I called the next day and still couldn't reach her and never heard from her again. I recently saw them advertising a bridal show they were going to and commented letting everyone know what happened, a snotty woman who worked at the shop commented back saying that I was lying and that I did get a call back and that it was too bad that some people are hard to please. I would seriously stay away from this shop. A friend of mine who used her also had a bad experience where things she ordered didn't even get delivered.
