Mid Pacific Pest Control Inc.

My family home needs termite treatment.....no questions about it. My plan was to get several estimates and pick the right company to do the treatment. I started off with emailing Bowman Pest Control and Mid Pac Pest Control inquiring on a free estimate. I emailed both on Thursday-6/29/17. No response back from Bowman. Tracy F. from Mid Pac Pest Control called the following day along with an email reply. Even though I gave her a local contact person she wanted to give me an update and also to inform me Ray I. was the person to do the inspection. That was very professional and efficient of her. Speaking of EFFICIENT, Ray I. completed the inspection and emailed me a proposal the same day...Friday 6/30/17. I didn't get a chance to download and print out the proposal yet but Ray I. called me the following day to follow up and if I had any questions. Ray also made a second proposal to include additional issues that my family spoke to him about at the inspection. So back to the beginning, my original plan was to get several estimates but I feel I no longer need to. Mid Pac Pest Control is the company I want to do the termite treatment. If the work is just as good as their customer service then I definitely will be satisfied. I informed Ray I. that I will no longer continue to look elsewhere and how I really appreciated his attention to details and also listening and considering the additional concerns my family had. He is the reason I made the decision to go with this company. I will follow up after the treatment has been completed.
