Very disappointed with the leasing side of this business. I had rented a property and I bought a new home and broke my lease early. This realty really picked the house apart when it came to a move out inspection. Things were listed that possibly couldn't have been seen. They really made the experience very unpleasant. Pretty much implied the property was left dirty. I had to hire a cleaning company to satisfy their rediculas standards. I'm glad it's over. Never again with these people.

I wish I could give no stars. I repeatedly tried contacting this company about numerous rentals, and was completely and utterly ignored for two weeks. When I got ONE email in return from Kerri it contained nothing about any of my inquiries, was of no help, and she made the email a no reply. How and why a realty company could completely ignore someone trying to find a home to rent asap is just flat out rude and horrible business. Zero star rating from us.

Military Realty went above and beyond what my husband and I would have ever expected. When my husband retired from the military 2 years ago, we moved 1200 miles away, and entrusted Kerri and Banks Van Pelt with finding renters for our home. Within weeks we had renters moved in. Whenever repairs or problems came up, they handled everyone quickly and professionally, leaving our tenants and us happy with the results. We decided to put the house on the market a year later, and were extremely happy with the upgrades that were done to the house by their contractor, Ken from Westco General Contracting, in order to get the house ready to sell. Our house is now sold, and we couldn't have asked for a better business than Military Realty to handle the sale. I would definitely choose them again, and I highly recommend Military Realty Of Kings Bay to handle your Realty and Renting needs.

Banks and Military Realty of Kingsbay are the best realtors I have ever worked with. I was stationed in Kingsbay, Ga. and was a first time homebuyer with Banks. I see bad reviews here and there but notice none of them describe a bad instance. Just he is a lie and a cheat and don't describe why. My honest opinion. I have never had such an amazing stress free experience as this. I moved from Hawaii to Georgia and before I even got here I got a message from him saying if I was interested in buying a house he was happy to assist whenever I got their. I am beyond happy that I chose him. He is very professional, kind and punctual. He made the work with him very personal. He remembered everything about each house we liked and in the end called us the day a house came on the market that it was the one for us. He drove us there within a few minutes after that and we were doing paperwork right after that. He never tried to push us towords the upper end of our price range. He actually was pushing me towords a houses that where more in my comfortable price range. If it wasn't for him I would have bought a house that would have caused me to live pay check to pay check.
