We were very pleased with the work they did at our home today. They worked very hard, were very respectful, and did great work. I would recommend them and appreciate them for their kindness and the great work they did. They went over and beyond to help us!

I received a quote that seemed reasonable. They came and did the work in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They attempted to charge me for 3 hours labor at 1.5 times the quoted rate and then added $120 in equipment charges. They did reduce the charged time to 2 hours but that is it. Avoid these people like the PLAGUE!

We just moved to Kingsport, TN. In less than a week the entire sewage system in the house was stopped up. We looked in Yellow pages and called Dan's Professional Plumbing and Repair. The entire experience with this company exceeded our expectations. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told us she would have a crew out the next day. The two young men, Calvin and Scott, were on time and very professional. They ran into a lot of problems, but they stayed with the job until it was done. They were very courteous and explained the entire process. They were even very nice to our little dog. When they were done, they provided us with tips to keep a stoppage from happening in the future. They cleaned up the mess also. I will not only call this company again, but will recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

I found this business via yellowpages.com and I have used this Plumber twice now.I have been very pleased with their work and with the price charged for services. The owner's name is Dan Payne and he is a pleasure to deal with and is as honest as they come. I highly recommend.
